 If you want to buy a product from web-shop, let us know URL of a product.
 We will inform you total amount in advance. After you know the total amount, you can decide if you want to order or not.

 We accept an order anytime, so please contact us by mail. 
 We usually reply within 24 hours, but please remember time difference, so we won’t reply within 24 hours,
 but we will reply at most in 2 days.
 If you don’t reply a mail from us in 2 days, please send us a mail again or send to this mail

 We can collect and send several products together for you.

 How to pay product price, shipping cost and agency fee

​You can pay us by Paypal or Wise.
 
 We will charge you a product price, shipping cost, agency fee and Paypal fee. 
 If you pay by Wise, you don’t have to pay Paypal fee.
 
 Shipping products
 When we confirm payment, we will arrange the shipping.
 We usually ship products within 3 days. If shipping is delayed, we will inform you in advance.
 We pack products very carefully, but please note that we are not liable for any damage in transit.
 Compensation cannot be applied to overseas shipping. 
 After shipping products, we will inform you a tracking number.
 We have been giving this service for Japan for a long time, so we know how to pack products.

Returns and exchanges
 We don’t accept return and exchange.
  
 Notification
 Please remember that vintage and antique products are used for a long time, so there may be scratches, discoloration, etc.  
 Before you buy or order us a bid, please check photos of products.   

​Agency fee
 Agency fee: 15% of price of product＋postage 
 We charge 5,5 % of total amount as Paypal fee. 
 If you pay via the Transferwise, you will pay only product and agency fee.
 We don’t charge a packing fee. 
 Shipping cost 
  Shipping cost will vary, so please ask us for the shipping cost.
